近日,隴博智能科技有限公司在智能制造技術(shù)峰會上發(fā)布了搭載智能互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的新一代純電折彎機,該產(chǎn)品在延續(xù)純電驅(qū)動節(jié)能、精密優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上,融入工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),重新定義了鈑金加工設(shè)備的智能化標準。

It is introduced that the core upgrade of this new product lies in the built-in industrial Internet of Things module, which enables real-time collection of equipment operation data and cloud-based analysis. Through the accompanying mobile APP or computer management system, enterprise managers can remotely monitor information such as the number of bends, energy consumption data, and fault warnings of the equipment. They can even use AI algorithms to predict the service life of vulnerable components and arrange maintenance in advance, reducing equipment downtime by more than 40%. After being tested by an automotive parts company, feedback indicated that this function helped them increase the equipment's overall efficiency from 65% to 82%. In terms of human-computer interaction, the equipment is equipped with a voice control system. Operators only need to say instructions such as "bending angle 120 degrees" and "sheet thickness 2 millimeters", and the system can automatically match the parameters and cooperate with the 3D simulation bending preview function. The training period for novice operators is shortened to one-third of that of traditional equipment. At the same time, the equipment supports seamless integration with enterprise ERP and MES systems, and production orders can be directly converted into bending programs, eliminating the need for manual programming. The preparation time for a single batch of production is shortened by more than 2 hours. Liang Bo Intelligent's R&D director emphasized at the press conference: "The ultimate goal of the all-electric bending machine is not only to replace hydraulic equipment, but also to打通 the entire production chain through digitalization. Our new product has achieved a full-process data loop from design drawings to finished products, which will provide key support for the intelligent transformation of the sheet metal processing industry." Currently, this equipment has completed pilot applications in high-precision processing scenarios such as battery shells for new energy vehicles and medical device accessories.
